I know I know, it’s been a little over three months since I’ve last updated my blog. I also promised to show you how I’ve decorated my room, a picture tour of my house… bah! I am behind, I haven’t unpacked my other boxes. Things have been really hectic and I’m not sure how to handle it. I may be biting more than I can chew, but I really didn’t think it’s going to be this hard.

For some reason, tonight, I’m feeling a bit melancholic. I don’t know why, but I just do. Actually, I do know why, and I refuse to let the world know. As much as I know ALL of you want to know what’s bothering me, I will reassure you that I won’t leak the secret. I know I’ve got the greatest people in the world that I can go and talk to, but really, my soul feels alone. I feel alone. Maybe I’m just thinking too much right now. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day and I won’t go back to thinking like this.

Goodbye Venice St, Hello 224th!

So we’ve gotten everything from our 2-story house in our old house this past week. Everyone is exhausted from moving back and forth and things are looking a bit messy and piled up. Once we get through the unpacking and organizing, I’ll post pictures up. On Wednesday, Erwin, Cerena, and Kathey came over. We watched Coco Avant Chanel, which I liked very much, and Kathey did Cerena and I’s nails. Erwin took photos in my room, and this is the only picture I’ll show of how my room looks like right now. I promise, as soon as everything is re-arranged, I’ll have photos up!

I’m hoping to put in a desk, put the midi-keyboard Erwin is lending me (hahaha or letting me keep! MUAHAHA), some of framed pictures, and a mirror somewhere. Haha I can’t think of anything else, but for now just those.

Spring cleaning

Ever since this moving out thing happened, I’ve been cleaning and fixing and cleaning some more! Not to mention Spring allergies! Those are the worst! I sneezed my brains out yesterday and today my eyes kept watering. But, after cleaning, I’ve managed to get rid of junk I didn’t need and clothes that was adding unnecessary clutter and weight to my boxes. I took a break from all that, and to have some dinner with my family (including a cousin, aunts and uncles!). My uncle brought over some tilapia, pork, and oysters! Yum! All were eaten with rice, soy sauce with lime juice, and tapatio. My aunt also brought teriyaki chicken, and my other aunt brought crunchy tortillas and homemade salsa with cactus meat in it. We had a semi-picnic in the backyard of the house we’re moving back into (my old house). Erwin was able to join us too! It was a very nice evening :]

While I rested from maximum foodage, I sat and stared at the plum tree. I remembered I haven’t had one in years! I told my cousin that I couldn’t wait for the tree to bear fruit! I stared some more and noticed that there was a tiny blossom growing from the branch! Yes! Plums are a’comin’ this summer! I really can’t wait because the family and I will be picking some off the tree and sharing them with our loved ones :] It was because of this tree, I got my tattoo (which I will save for a separate entry :] ).

Have you tried pluots? It’s a cross breed between a plum and apricot. It’s SO delicious!

Well, anyhow. I should get some rest because tomorrow will probably one the most intense days of moving. I think we’re getting all of our stuff out tomorrow and nothing should be left in the house. Pictures of the house and the plum blossom from the tree will be up within the next few entries :]

I remember some time last year, my brother and I talked about buying new cymbals for our drum sets and how much confidence and our performance would boost up with new and better things. It’s true! I think I’d play WAY better if I had that beauty! But, red piano or no red piano, I shouldn’t use it as an excuse for me playing the piano crappy. Haha. Boo.

I’m thinking of saving up for one to have in my room just for shiggles. I remember during my trip to SF, I went with Erwin to visit some of his family. His nephew didn’t have a bed (yet, they were just settling in their new home as well) but a tent to sleep in! I was a bit jealous! I thought that was the most neat and clever thing I had ever seen my life! And for someone being as weird as I am, why did I not think of this before?! Better late than never!

Not really, but…

Hello wonderful world of the World Wide Web! I am back again, and feeling inspired to write in the home of my random thoughts. But now, I’m thinking of REALLY getting these gears going and possibly add pictures and videos (like forreal now!). I told myself that I would start when I am settled and situated in my new (old) home, but really, I just can’t contain myself anymore! No time for talk, I just need to do do do and do what I want to do!

So, whoever is reading this, be ready! Because I am ready! Haha.
